Bring Study — Parent Terms
The 9 key terms every parent must acknowledge before payment. Full legally-binding version at /policies/parent.
Important — please read before enrolling. These 9 terms are binding. Violation will lead to termination of service with no refund.
Advance Payment Requirement
Services will commence only after full/advance payment is received by Bring Study.
Strict Payment Policy (Mandatory)
All payments must be made only to Bring Study through official channels. Parents / students are strictly prohibited from making any payment directly to tutors.
Direct Payment Disclaimer (Very Important)
If any payment is made directly to a tutor, Bring Study shall not be responsible or liable for: Any financial loss, Service discontinuation, Quality of teaching, Any disputes arising from such transactions. Such payments will be considered unauthorised and outside the responsibility of Bring Study.
No Bypass Policy
Parents / students are strictly prohibited from engaging tutors privately or continuing classes outside Bring Study. Any attempt to bypass the platform will result in immediate termination of services without notice.
Communication & Scheduling
All class scheduling, rescheduling, and communication must be done through Bring Study. Direct arrangements with tutors are not permitted.
Tutor Replacement Policy
If dissatisfied, parents must inform Bring Study. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or provide a replacement tutor.
Refund Policy
Fees once paid are non-refundable, except under conditions approved by Bring Study management.
Termination Rights
Bring Study reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of policy violation or non-compliance.
Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling, the parent / student agrees to comply with all policies of Bring Study.
Fee Cycle & Refund Structure
After Demo Class
To continue with the same tutor, the monthly fee must be paid in advance.
Monthly Fee Cycle
The next month's fee should be paid within 3 days of plan completion. Classes will be paused in case of delayed payment.
Tutor Change Policy
If a tutor change is requested, completed sessions with the current tutor will be counted. New tutor sessions will begin as a fresh cycle.
Class Discontinuation
If classes are discontinued during an active plan, any eligible refund will be calculated based on remaining sessions only.
Refund Structure
20-session plan → refund on unused sessions · 12-session plan → refund on unused sessions · (applicable similarly for all plans).
