Welcome to Bring Study! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

1. Nature of Our Service

Bring Study is an online platform that matches parents/students seeking home tuition with independent, vetted tutors.

No Employment Relationship: Tutors listing their services on Bring Study are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or joint venturers of Bring Study. We facilitate connection, attendance tracking, and optional invoicing, but we do not direct or control tutors' teaching methods or daily activities.

2. Registration and Account Security

To utilize our platform, you must register for an account (either as a Parent/Student or a Tutor). You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your password and credentials.
• Promptly notify support of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Code of Conduct

• For Parents: You agree to provide a safe, respectful environment for home tutoring sessions and to communicate academic requirements clearly.
• For Tutors: You agree to represent your credentials, experience, and availability accurately. You agree to maintain academic integrity, punctuality, and professionalism in all sessions.
• General: Users must not engage in harassment, fraud, abuse, or use the platform to share inappropriate content.

4. Scheduling & Session Logging

Tutors and parents manage class scheduling and attendance logging directly inside the app. Logged attendance is used as the record of sessions completed. Any billing disputes must be raised within 7 days of the logged session.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bring Study shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our platform, or from sessions conducted between matched tutors and parents.

While we vet tutors' basic identification and background credentials, parents are encouraged to conduct their own checks and verify credentials during initial meetings.

6. Termination

We reserve the right, without notice and at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and block access to our platform if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that harms the platform's community or reputation.
